what to expect on your first class
Arrive 10–15 minutes early wearing workout clothes, athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle. When you walk in, your coach will greet you with a smile and a handshake, then show you where to put your things and how to get set up.
Before class starts, your coach will walk you through the workout, answer any questions, and lead you through a full warm-up with movement demos and technique guidance. Then it’s go time—your workout begins!
Afterward, your coach will guide a cool-down and help the group clean up, handing out high fives and fist bumps along the way. You’ll leave feeling proud, accomplished, and maybe a little tired—but in the best way.
